To all whom it may concern:  Nancy Newborn (formerly Nancy Yancy) and Kisiah Yancy, executrix of Levi Yancey, deceased, have in due form applied to the undersigned for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of said deceased, and said application will be heard on the first Monday in November, 1888. This 1st October, 1888.
