“Adairsville.”

On Tuesday, May 14th, at 2 o’clock p. m., at the residence of the bride’s parents at Cedar Creek, Dr. Joseph P. Bowdoin and Miss Mary Bibb were married, Rev. Mr. Shaw, of Calhoun, officiating. Both parties are widely known here, and those who were fortunate enough to come within range of their acquaintance meet the valuable characteristics that lends a warm friendship. The doctor went over the boundary line, captured a bonny bride, has returned and is at home, where we sincerely trust a long life of prosperity and happiness may be lived out.
