A quiet but interesting home wedding occurred at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. McElreath, near the city, on the 27th of December.  Miss Odessa McElreath was married to Rev. J. O. Brand, of Demorest, Ga., in the presence of relatives and a few invited friends.  The couple left immediately for Demorest.  The bride is an intellectual and attractive young woman who possesses numerous friends while the groom is a young minister of the North Georgia Conference of considerable promise.  Rev. J. W. Yarbrough performed the ceremony.
