Mr. C. S. Bryan, of Talking Rock, who rightfully thought that he could not steer his bark alone in the treacherous waters of this world, took as a partner Miss Eva J. Noland, of this place. Squire W. S. Hunt, with glasses on, performed the ceremony at the residence of the bride’s father, where after a good many hand-shakings the bride and groom left for a visit among relatives.
