Carter – Oden.

Miss Mamie Oden and Mr. Wade S. Carter were married at the residence of the bride’s father, in Childersburg, Ala., last week.  Rev. Dr. Maxon, of Talladega, being the officiating minister.  The bride and groom are both residents of Childersburg, the former is the oldest son of Mr. R. C. Carter, formerly of this section, where he and his whole family have many friends and acquaintances.  The bride is a pretty and brilliant young lady, and everything a loving heart could wish.  It is said of her that those who know her best love her the most.
