In Rome, Ga., on Tuesday night last, by Rev. F. S. Axson, at the Presbyterian Church, Mr. E. R. Smith to Miss Sue C. Cothran, and Mr. R. G. Clark to Miss S. Alice Smith, all of that city.  The first and last, says the Courier, being brother and sister of Bill Arp, so called.
