The social event of last week was the birthday dinner given by Mr. J. B. Eubanks. Miss Carlisle, sister of Mr. Eubank’s wife, of Cassville, was married to Mr. Crow of Crow’s Springs, the day before, and Mr. Eubanks tendered them a reception at the same time, and was a grand success and all present can bear testimony with the writer.
