Hall’s Mill. Married at the residence of Mr. Harry Harbin, Rome, on the 24th instant, W. T. Edwards, to Miss Birdie Rockfield, both of Rome, J. W. Edwards, of this place officiating. Immediately after the ceremony they boarded the train for this place. The beautiful home of the groom’s father by the skill and splendid taste of his mother and Miss Addie Baltzille was arranged and decorated in grand style for their reception. At five all were invited to the dining hall where amid refreshments and splendid music a delightful time was spent. The groom is a sterling young man, while the bride id amiable and lovely. The writer of this joins many friends in wishing for them a long and happy life, unmarred by troubles and cares. |
