MARRIED, February 14, 1875, by Rev. A. W. Buford, A. M. FOUTE, of Cartersville, Ga., and Miss LAURA ANDERSON, of Adairsville, Ga.  No cards.

Of all the beautiful and accomplished ladies who have been gladdening the hearts of lovers, at the altar, in Bartow county, during the last few months, we know of none who has centered her affections upon an object more worthy, or in whose breast there throbs responsively a bigger heart than swells the bosom of our gallant friend Foute.  The lady’s choice is unexceptionable, and, in our opinion, her good sense and judgment will meet an appropriate reward in a life of felicity in the company of this noble man to whom she has confided her heart and hand.  Those who are acquainted with Miss Anderson declare positively that she is too good even for Major Foute,  Be that as it may, our opinion is, if she lives the wife as he will the husband, no more worthy or happy couple can be found in a three days journey by rail.  God bless them both!
