On Wednesday evening last at St. Phillips church, Atlanta, Mr. J. W. HARRIS, Jr., of Cartersville, was married to Miss EVA LOWE, of the former place.  The particulars of the happy affair we have been unable to learn.  Mr. Harris is so well known as to render personal comment superfluous.  Mrs. Harris is said to be a charming, gifted, superior woman.
