Judge Howard is one of Bartow county’s most prominent and popular citizens.  He has held the responsible office of ordinary for more than twenty-five years, making a record unsurpassed by any like official in the State.  His many friends congratulate him upon his union with so excellent and charming lady as he won for his bride.

Judge and Mrs. Howard spent several days in Atlanta visiting the exposition.  They reached Cartersville Saturday afternoon and immediately repaired to their home on Erwin street.

The Courant American wishes the Judge and his happy bride many years of undisturbed happiness.
