Married.

On last Thursday evening at the residence of A. C. Williams in this place, Dr. Lindsay Johnson was married to M’lle Valentine Goulon, of New Orleans, Rev. W. H. Cooper officiating.

The bride is a young lady of culture, possessing many noble and lovable traits of character, and withal a most charming disposition.  Since her stay in Cartersville she has won many friends by her uniform gentleness of manner.  The groom is one of the most prominent physicians in North Georgia and is universally popular.

No cards were issued – only a few friends of the contracting parties being present.
