At Acworth, on the Wednesday evening of last week, at the residence of the bride’s father, Capt. J. L. Lemons, Rev. H. M. Quillian officiating, Mr. Thomas Jones, son of Hon. C. M. Jones, of Bartow county, and Miss Jennie Lemmon, of Acworth, were married. Bridesmaids, Misses Mollie Lemon and Sallie Jones; groomsmen, Shell Attaway and R. A. Evatt. A large number of the friends of the happy ones were present to see them made one. They left for the residence of Colonel C. M. Jones, near Bartow Iron Works, Thursday, where a reception was given them.
