Pettit – Loveless.

The marriage of Miss Mamie Pettit to Mr. Charles Roy Loveless Tuesday afternoon at five thirty o’clock, at the home of the bride’s mother, on South Avenue, was a beautiful event.  Rev. John E. Barnard performed the ceremony.

The house was beautifully decorated in ivy and ferns.  Miss Ethel Griffin played the wedding march and during the ceremony “When I am With You.”  The bride wore a beautiful traveling suit of blue.  Mr. Loveless and his bride left on the six-thirty o’clock train for Chattanooga.
