Marriage Sunday.

Miss Watkins, of This Place, Weds Mr. Merchant, of Tenn.

A quiet wedding occurred at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Watkins last Sunday morning at 9:30 o’clock, the contracting parties being Miss Lula Watkins and Mr. John Merchant. Rev. C. A. Allday officiated.

Miss Watkins is a young woman of many accomplishments and has many friends in the community.

The groom is a successful traveling salesman from Ducktown, Tenn. The happy couple left on the morning train for Ducktown, which will be their home.
