Married.

Married by Rev. J. T. Norris, at the residence of the bride’s father, near Ironville, on Dec. 23, 1885, Mr. L. D. Mumford to Miss Kathleen Saxon.

The bride is one of Bartow’s gems, a young lady with all the beauties and graces that make a noble womanhood. The groom is one of the first young men of the county, and richly deserves the enviable prize he has won.  A happier union could not have been consummated. The American extends them wishes for a happy New Year, and a long life full of pleasure and prosperity.
