On the 10th inst., by Rev. A. W. Buford, Mr. S. L. PITTARD, to Miss M. J. DILLARD, all of Cass.

Accompanying the above notice, the largest and nicest Pound Cake was received that we have had the pleasure of testing for some time past.  All hands unite in returning their thanks for this manifestation of the appreciation of the efforts of the Printer.  They are entitled to our thanks furthermore, for obeying one of the Printers’ most important commandments—“Thou shalt remember the Printer, for he is the Standard of thy country.”
