The Constitution of Sunday announces the marriage of Miss Ruby Freeman and Mr. W. H. Prater, of Dalton, which will occur December 30th. The ceremony will be performed at the residence of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. R. Freeman, of Atlanta.
