We have received an invitation to the marriage of Mr. Robert L. Rogers to Miss Laura Smith, which will occur on Thursday evening, 18th inst., at Bartow, Florida. Mr. Rogers went from our county to Florida several years ago. He has many relatives and friends in Georgia who will unite in giving the proverbial old shoe a send off in the direction of the land of flowers.

In Hymen’s Net.

Married, on Thursday, June 18th, at the residence of the bride’s mother, in Bartow, Fla., Mr. Robert L. Rogers and Miss Laura Smith, both of Bartow. Mr. Rogers is a Bartow county boy, having been reared among us. About five years ago he cast his lot in the land of flowers and his many friends here are glad to know that his life there has been a successful one. Mr. Rogers has quite a number of relatives around Rogers Station, and they are among our county’s best citizens. May long life and continued prosperity be allotted Mr. and Mrs. Rogers.
