An Elegant Wedding.

Mrs. TUMLIN, relict of the late Col. Lewis Tumlin, was married last night to Mr. HEDGES SPENCER, of Social Circle, Ga., at the Tumlin mansion near this city.  We cannot give the particulars this week as there was not a representative of the paper present on the occasion.  But know it was one of the most elegant affairs that has happened in our county for some time.  Mr. Spencer is a solid man of the town in which he lives and the bride is too well known as a most sterling and worthy woman to need any remarks from us.
