Barnsley.

Wedding bells have been ringing around.  On Wednesday afternoon, April 3, at the home of the bride’s father, Miss Lula Hood was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to John V. Summer, of Ida, La., the ceremony being performed by Rev. J. N. Austin, of Dahlonega.  We wish for them a long and prosperous life.  Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Harris, of Julia Mines, enjoyed the company of a few invited friends to supper on Saturday night, given in honor of the bride and groom.  Mr. and Mrs. Summer will leave on Thursday for their home in Louisiana.
