“Affairs in the City.” A wedding in colored high life occurred at the home of the bride’s father, John Tribble, in this city, on yesterday exactly at high noon. The contracting parties were John Suttle, of Atlanta, and Miss Julia Tribble. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Flipper of Atlanta. The wedding appointments were quite elaborate. The cornet hand gave the couple a pleasant serenade before they departed on the evening train for their future home, Atlanta. |
