The Marital Tie.

Campbell Wallace, Jr., who now resides in Allatoona, in this county, was married in Memphis last Thursday night.  The Avalanche says:

Last evening at 6 o’clock, at the First Presbyterian Church, Mr. CAMPBELL WALLACE, Jr., of Atlanta, Ga., was united in marriage to Miss EMMA D. McCOMB of this city.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. Eugene Daniels, assisted by Rev. Dr. Stedman, and was witnessed by a large number of friends who had assembled to wish the newly married couple a long and happy life.  The attendants at the wedding were: Mr. Charles B. Wallace, of Atlanta, and Miss Lillie McComb, of St. Louis, Mo.; Mr. Butler Jack and Miss Belle McComb, of Memphis; Mr. Hugh Heiskell and Miss Lettie White, of Memphis; Mr. Charles Patton and Miss Cara Shorter, of Memphis; Mr. Walter Gregory and Miss Luan Joy, of Memphis; Mr. Wm. Warren, Jr., and Miss Emma Estes, of Memphis.  The ushers were Mack Heiskell and Albert Wooldridge, both of Memphis.  After the ceremony the relatives and a few friends attended a reception at the residence of the bride’s mother.

His many Cartersville friends, if we may speak for them, gladly congratulate him, and wish for him and his bride a long life of happiness.
