Bartow County Georgia, November 21, 1892

This my last will and testament is that after my death and burial and all of my first just debts are paid, I will that all the real estate remain together until my youngest child becomes of age, lots of land being and lying in the fourth district and third section originally of Cherokee Co. now Bartow County. Lots No. one hundred and seventy seven 177, lot 112 one hundred and twelve, lot No. 106 One hundred and six and all that part of lot No. 39, thirty nine  lying on the west side of the Canto and Cassville Road.

I further more will that my beloved wife, S. Bell Johnsey act as Executrix to carry out my will.

            I, H.A. Johnsey do swear that I as well as W.B. Woodall and J.T. Johnsey saw the within named Ira H. Johnsey sign and publish the within paper as his last will and testament that I subscribed the same as a witness thereto at the special instance and request of said Ira H. Johnsey and in his presence as did also W. B. Woodall and J.T. Johnsey, that the said Ira H. Johnsey signed the same freely and voluntarily and was at the time of such signing of sound and disposing mind and memory.

            I S. Bell Johnsey do swear that this writing contains the true last will and testament of Ira H. Johnsey deceased so far as I know [mark?] believe and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of this state. So help me God.
