I, Isabel McEver of the county and state above mentioned being of sound mind and mindful of the uncertainty of human life do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I hereby revoke any former will that I may have made.

After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give, devise, and bequeath to my nephew in law Nathan Lipscomb and his wife Laura Lipscomb who is my niece and her children all my rights and titles and claims to all of my property both real and personal that may be in my possession at the time of my death. I hereby nominate and appoint Dr. Robert I. Battle the executor of this my last will [and] testament and hereby authorize and impower him to compound, compromise and settle any claim or demands which may be against or in favor of my said estate.

In testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal this the 4th day of May 1897.
