The will of T.C. McEver made and declared by him on the 4th of June, 1880, in our presence under the following circumstances and in these words the said T.C. McEver being at his own home in said County, on the 4th of June 1880 being near unto his death in his last sickness from which he had suffered but a short time while the undersigned were present waiting on him after calling on them to bear witness to what he should say he declared as his last the following words. I hereby give to my sisters Margaret McEver and Isabella McEver all my right title and claim in my real and personal Estate, except my roan horse and buggy that [is] to be sold and the proceeds to be used in defraying any expenses that may be incurred by reason of my sickness or otherwise soon after speaking these words in about three quarters of an hour the said T.C. McEver died. Given under our hands this June 4th 1880.
