Joe M. Moon                           Application for leave to sell land.
       Est.                                   Georgia Bartow County
Emma Pavloski,                        To the Ordinary of said County.
     Decd.                                  The petition of Joe M. Moon as Admin of the Estate of

Emma Pavloski deceased, showeth that the estate of said deceased consists the undivided 1/5 interest in 140 acres land in 4th district & 3rd section of Bartow County, Georgia lots of land nos. 106, 112, 117 & 20 acres of lot 39 in said Dist & Section and that for the purpose of paying debts & distribution it is necessary to sell the said land. Wherefore, Petitioner prays an order directing citation to issue and be published as the law requires; and if no good cause be shown to the contrary, your Petitioner be granted leave to sell said land.

Upon reading the foregoing Petition, it is ordered that citation issue therein and be published as the law required

To whom it may concern: Joe M. Moon administrator of Emma Pavloski deceased, has in due form applied to the undersigned for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of said deceased, and said application will be heard on the first Monday in June next.

Joe M. Moon, Admin.              Application for Dismission
        Est.                                  Georgia, Bartow County
Emma Pavloski             To the Court of Ordinary of said County:
       Decd.                               

The Petition of Joe M. Moon, Administrator of Emma Pavloski shows that he has fully discharged the duties of such Administrator; that he has paid the debts of said intestate (so far as assets reached); turned over the residue to the heirs of intestate; Joe M. Moon therefore prays the usual Citation may issue, notifying all who are interested to show cause, if any they can, why he should not be discharged from his administration, and while such Citation is running, his proceedings as such Administrator may undergo a thorough revision by said Joe M. Moon, Admin.

The foregoing Petition having been read and considered, ordered that the prayer of Petitioner be granted.

Whereas, Joe M. Moon, Admin of Emma Pavloski representor to the Court in his Petition, duly filed, that he has fully administered Emma Pavloski estate, this is therefore to cite all persons concerned, to show cause, if any they can, why said Joe M. Moon should not be discharged from his Administration, and receive Letters of Dismission on the first Monday in July 1912.

It appearing to the Court that the Citation for discharge from the administration of Emma Pavloski’s estate, has been duly issued and published, and it also appearing to the Court from a thorough examination of all the proceedings of said Joe M. Moon, Administrator of Emma Pavloski’s estate, has been duly issued and pu blushed, and it also appearing to the Court from a thorough examination of all the proceedings of said Joe M. Moon, Administrator of Emma Pavloski’s estate, that he has fully and faithfully administered said estate, and is legally entitled to a discharge from his Administration, and no sufficient objection being offered to his Dismission this Court orders that he be discharged from his Administration of Emma Pavloski’s estate, and that as evidence of this discharge, Letters of Dismission issue to him.
