Guardian’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the court of Ordinary of said county will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, Bartow county, Georgia, within the legal sale hours, on the first Tuesday in December next to the highest bidder, the following land to-wit: 10 acres more or less off of southwest corner of lot of land number 959. The east half of lot No. 986. All that portion of lot number 985, west of Euharlee creek, and all of lots Nos. 1031 and 1032, bounded on the east by Euharlee creek, on the south by the lands of J. R. and E. T. Henderson, on the west by C. T. McCormick, on the north by Mrs. M. E. Leake and Thomas Culpepper, all said land containing about 125 acres more or less, and lying in the 17th District and 3rd section of Bartow county, Ga., and constituting a nice little farm and situated about one mile from McGinnis Station, on the E. & W. R. R. About 100 acres cleared, balance in timber. Ordinary improvements. Sold as the property of Olive P. Brannum, formerly Olive P. Rodgers, Olivia Rodgers and Samuel S.
