Guardian’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in January 1888, before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, between legal sale hours, the following land, to-wit: Two undivided sevenths of a tract of land in said county and Cartersville, Ga., known as the Arbogast property, containing six acres, more or less, lying between the Douthitt’s ferry road and the Rowland’s ferry road, beginning in the fork thereof and extending westwards between said roads, to the property occupied by Wikle and Hillson; sold as the property of Fannie E. Arbogast and Mary V. Arbogast, minors, each owning one seventh of the whole tract. This November 28th, 1887. R. I. Battle, as Guardian of said Minors. ******************** Page 3.
