Application for Divorce.
Georgia, Bartow County:
Superior Court, July Term, 1891
George Branson vs. Sallie Branson.
Libel for Divorce, Rule to Perfect Service. –It appearing to the court by the return of the sheriff that defendant does not live in this county, and it further appearing that she does not reside in this state; it is on motion of counsel ordered, that said defendant appear and answer at the next term of this court, else that the case be considered in default and the plaintiff allowed to proceed, and it is further ordered that this rule be considered as process and service thereof, and that same be published in the Courant American, a newspaper published in Cartersville, Georgia, once a month for four months.
