Cone Hollow.

As there has never been a reporter from this part of the county I thought it would not be amiss to mention some of the happenings in this beat.

It is dry and dusty here as in other places, and farmers are busy gathering corn, cotton, peas and digging and storing potatoes which are turning out fine.

Mr. Forest Shaw, who has been sick so long, is rapidly improving. Hope he will soon be himself again.

Mr. Dick Shaw has returned to his home in Texas.

Mr. John C. Ford had a corn shucking Friday night last, also Mr. Mathias. Lots of corn was shucked and the crowd had a big time generally.
