Mr. D. R. Gaines has just disposed of a monument to Capt. Sanford Bell, of Ringgold, that he will erect over the grave of his wife. It is one of the handsomest shafts ever sold in this part of the country, the price obtained being $350, but it is well worth considerable more than this sum. Mr. Gaines is doing a good business in this line, all on account of his work standing every needed test. |
