Mrs. Lula Lyon Asks a Legal Separation From Her Husband.
Capt. Lyon Will Combat Suit.
Denies Charges Made in Petition. Injunction to Restrain Him, Etc. to Be Heard Tomorrow.

Mrs. Lula Lyon has filed suit against her husband, Capt. Thomas J. Lyon, for divorce, and Capt. Lyon will make a legal fight against the divorce being granted. [Long article. An excerpt: “Capt. And Mrs., Lyon have been married twenty-six years and have three children. Mrs. Lyon was the daughter of the late Lewis Tumlin and inherited considerable of his property.”]
