Administrator’s Sale Georgia—Bartow County. By virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of said county, will be sold at public outcry, on the first Tuesday in October, 1898, at the court house door in said county, between the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in said county, towit: Lots of land number fifty-one and fifty-two, and fifty-three acres off of the south side of lot thirty-nine; sixty-six acres off of the south side of lot number forty, and twelve and three quarter acres off of the southwest corner of lot number 41, all in the 16th district and 3d section of said county, containing in all four hundred and fifty-two acres, more or less, said land known as the Turner Conaway farm in said county. Terms, one-third cash, one third due in one year, and one-third due in two years from the day of sale. Interest from day of sale at eight per cent per annum on the deferred payments. J. C. Kerr.
