“Brief Local Items.”

Prof. W. W. Daves is being congratulated by his friends upon the arrival at his home of a fine bay boy.

The Courant American is pleased to announce the local in last week’s issue in regard to Mr. Wm. Everidge was an error. Mr. Everidge has a sever attack of paralysis, and we misunderstood our informant. We are glad to note that his condition is improving and we hope that many pleasant years are yet in store for him.

The members now surviving of the family of the late Col. and Mrs. Miles G. Dobbins enjoyed a pleasant little family reunion at the home of Mrs. John D. Cunningham, in Atlanta last week. There were present Mrs. Mary D. Freeman, of this city, Mrs. George A. Veach, of Adairsville, Mr. Miles Dobbins Jr. of this city, and Mrs. Cunningham.
