City Cemetery. – If any of our citizens have failed to take a walk through the new Cemetery grounds, since the late improvements have been going on, we would advise them to do so at once. Such improvements as these make us still more proud of our dear little city. –Rome Courier. If any body will take a walk through our cemeteries, they will readily conclude that the dead are forgotten, and will return mortified in feelings to see so little respect shown their graves.—It is with shame that we are forced to confess the fact. |
