I will sell or rent my house and lot in Cartersville.  It is on Erwin Street. Humphries, who killed his child in trying to kill his wife, at Kingston, in June last, has been found guilty of murder, and sentenced, by Judge Parrott to be hung, on Friday, the 29th of September next.  Webb, (col’d) for manslaughter was sentenced to the penitentiary for ten years.

The case of the disguised men who are charged with killing Wright, col., at Corra’s Mills, is now on trial.
