We see by a card in the Atlanta Constitution, that Mrs. N. J. Cole and Mrs. M. E. Hay, both widows of Confederate soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Lost Cause, and both daughters of one of the old original citizens of this county, John Dobbs, deceased, have opened a Boarding house in Atlanta.  We commend these two widowed ladies to the patronage of our people who may visit that city.  See card in another column.
