Georgia News.

At a party near Kingston, on the night of the 26th ult., a Mr. Thomas Dawson shot Mr. Joseph Alford, who had slapped the jaws of a nephew of Dawson. The boy had persisted against the remonstrance of Alford, in throwing crackers into the room among the dancers.
