"Kingston News"

As the grand excursion was on its way back to Rome, on Saturday night last, a man was knocked off the cars at the water tank on the Rome Railroad, and was found lying there dead, on yesterday morning.  It is supposed that he was knocked off by the tank.  We did not learn his name, but it is said that he was Sheriff of some county in Alabama.
