Guardian’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in February, 1877, at the court house door in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, the following tract of land, to wit: The undivided one-half interest in five hundred and three acres, more or less, being the tract of land whereon Mrs. L. J. Rowland resided, in the 4th district and third section of said county, numbers not known, bounded, West by Wm. L. Rowland’s land, on the east by the lands belonging to the estate of R. H. Rowland, on the north by the Etowah river, on the south by Arthur Davis’ land; 350 acres cleared, balance well timbered, good dwelling, and out houses.  Sold as the property of Charles F. K. Rowland minor for division.  Terms of sale, half cash, balance on a credit of 10 months, interest from date at 7 per cent.  Bond for titles given.  This December 25th, 1876.
