“Local News Items.”

Mr. and Mrs. Frank James announce the birth of a son at their temporary home at the Waring place, Cement, Ga., on the 6th inst.  The young gentleman has been named Harvey Akerman, after two of our well liked citizens and it is the desire of his parents, that he make as good a man as either of them.
