Perambulating Promiscuously Among Pungent Paragraphers.

Mr. W. Smallwood, assistant postmaster at Lula, Ga., is the father of eighty living children.  There is no doubt of this fact.  Mr. Smallwood, was born in 1786, was in the war of 1812, and is today as active as many young men.  Some of his children are mere babes.
