The Weekly Review is the name of a new paper owned and edited by colored men in Athens. It is edited by P. E. Spralling, a well known colored school teacher in Athens. The mission of the paper is stated to be the advancement and elevation of the colored race. We wish it much success in carrying out its proposed objects.
