Libel for Divorce.

Anna Thomas vs Benj. Thomas
Libel for divorce in Bartow Superior Court.  It appearing to this Court that the defendant to the above stated action (Benjamin Thomas) does not reside in Bartow county, nor within the limits of this State.  It is therefore ordered, that the said defendant appear at the next term of this Court, and make such defense as he has to this action, or in default thereof the Court will proceed as to justice may appertain.  It is further ordered that service of this order be made by publishing the same in the Cartersville American once a week for four months prior to the next term of Court.
