Notice.

Application will be made to the Court of Ordinary of Bartow County Georgia at first regular term after expiration of thirty days from this notice for leave to sell a house and lot in the city of Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia, said property belonging to Walter E. Cason, Zillah A. Cason, Myrtie Lee Cason, R. Gordon Cason and Cleo Cleveland Cason, the five minor children of R. E. Cason, and to be sold for purposes of reinvestment and for the benefit of said minors.  This January 25, 1886.
