Valuable Property In The 17th Dist For Sale!

I now offer for sale my plantation in the 17th district and 3d section of Cass county, lying immediately on the Etowah River, containing about 450 acres.  The improvements consist of a comfortable dwelling, negro houses, a large gin house and a new screw, good orchards; about 350 acres under first rate fencing, and produces cotton and grain finely.

Lands in the 17th district have the reputation of being the richest Cotton lands in Cherokee Georgia.  There are several fine blue limestone springs on the farm.  Those wishing to buy should make early application, as a bargain will be given.  Address
William J. Ogilvie,
Lexington, Ga.
