Is the title of a new paper soon to be issued by S. H. Smith as Publisher and editor, at Cartersville, Georgia.

We do not envy the labor of love that Mr. Smith has before him, but wish the Journal all the success it merits, judging his enterprise by others of like kind, we fear that our friend Samuel will find “Jordan a hard road to travel,” but we shall not encumber his path.
