Whereas Abraham Helton applies to me for letters of Guardianship for his children, Lucy Jane, Margaret M. and Thomas J. Helton:

These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law, and show cause, if any they have, why said letters should not be granted.
