Two Fine Plantations, Tannery and Negroes For Sale!

The subscriber having determined to go West, offers for sale his beautiful and valuable Plantation in Oothcaloga Valley, Cass county, Ga., half a mile from the Adairsville Depot, on the Western & Atlantic Rail Road, containing
Five Hundred Acres
Of The Richest Land In
Cherokee Georgia;
250 acres cleared and in cultivation. There is on this place an excellent Brick Dwelling, with 8 upright rooms and 2 basement rooms, finely finished, and beautifully situated; negro cabins and other necessary buildings, &c, &c.  There is also an
Extensive Tannery
On this place, with 72 vats, 9 leaches, 6 pools, &c., now in successful operation; water power sufficient to drive all kinds of machinery about a Tannery; 100 to 200 cords of Bark on hand, and thousands more may be had, at a moderate price, in the neighborhood.
It is generally admitted that this is one of the Prettiest and Best Places on the Rail Road between Charleston, S. C., and Nashville, Tenn.  If desired, 10 to 12
Likely Negroes
Will be sold with this place, among them are two tanners and a fine Blacksmith, and all between 15 and 26 years of age.
Also, several thorough-bred Brood Mares; Colts; 6 extra fine Mules; Cattle; Hogs; Furniture, &c.  This place will be sold in a body, or divided to suit purchasers.
The subscriber also offers for sale his plantation on Pine Log Creek, 9 miles east of Adairsville, containing
Eight Hundred and Six
Acres of Good Land;
240 acres cleared and very productive.  This place has fair improvements, is finely watered, &c., and will be sold a bargain.  Terms easy.  Apply to A. C. Wyly,
